YellowGreen Bird ID help

This bird is about the size of a small cardinal. I have never seen it at a feeder but it comes to the bird bath. The photo is not the best but hopefully it is enough. I am in Tallahassee, Fl and the bird has been here all summer.

i live on the west coast and the closest i could find is a goldfinch, whose feathers turn more olive green when males are not mating or females or juviniles but it,s not in the south. hope you can find it.
