Yellow and Smaller than a Goldfinch

It happened so fast but it was a beuatiful little yellow thing with what almost seemed blue but it must have been white, white wing bars. I'm not sure. If I can find out smaller yellow birds I can look it up. I'm in NY.

    Tourquoise bird, cardinal size and similar wing pattern and has a beige beak. Except for the beak color, looks like a Indigo Bunting. Is this a juvie??
