Wintering Hummingbird

Wintering Hummingbird

There are at least 2 Hummingbirds that I am feeding. I am located in Texas, Brazoria County. I just took this picture today (Dec. 13, 2011) I'm not sure what type of Hummingbird this is ... I do know that it is NOT a Ruby-throated. If anyone knows what type of Hummingbird this may be I'd appreciate your help!

Thanks!
