White crest yellow breast

We saw this bird yesterday that we hadn't seen before. It had a very full white crest looked a little like a bisicle helmet in shape and a very yellow breast.

Hi Bernard, I'm fairly certain it is a cockatiel but I don't know what kind. If it comes around again you might try coaxing it into a capture because it is most likely someone's escaped pet. Be cautious though they can take a chunk out of your hand. Here are some sites that will help you ID your bird.
