What's the name of this bird

This is the picture of the bird. It was taken in Indiana, April 2012. The bird's size is about 7-11 inches. I ask this for a friend because I can not tell her the name of this bird.

My friend also comfirmed the name: common grackle. She also told me that they go to her feeder in a group and once they are there, no other birds can eat. :)

Looks like it's a Common Grackle. I have tons of them on my feeders here in Michigan.
