What? Let Me Eat!

by Bettie Watts
(Mississippi)

What?

What?

What? Just Posing I'm Wild About Seed Surveying The Domain

I suppose my cardinals are the joys of my birdwatching. I love to try to capture their antics, and the quizzical looks on their faces.

My feeders consist of one shaped like an old barn, a jar type which is pottery. Otherwise I scatter the food wherever the birds seem to like it best. In the case of this cardinal,it is an old plank on an old tub that has been turned over. They also love old stumps.

Any given day or time I can look out my kitchen window and see at least 6 or 7 cardinals. In the winter I may see 30 or 40. Needless to say my camera is nearby most times.

I hope you will enjoy this photo as well as others I am posting today.
Have fun Bird watching!
