This young bird needs to be put back where it was found, it's parents are looking for it and they very well may have watched you birdnap it. Young birds either fall out of the nest or leave the nest very young and the parent watches over them and feeds them, encouraging them to fly. Please put it back, it will die in your care if it hasn't already. The parent will take it back even if you've handle it, it is a myth that they won't. The parents will also look for it for at least several days even if it is dead so they don't continue to search. This young robin needs to eat mega doses of protein every 30 mins all day and has to be fed in a specific way or it will weaken and die. It also needs it's parents to teach it to survive in the wild. It is also illegal to keep a wild animal.
