What is this hookbill?

A friend posted this picture she took in Georgia on facebook. No one has been able to identify it yet, can anyone here? It may be young? its got a hooked beak and a mohawk. (Really, what kid DOESN'T want a mohawk at some point?) The yellow on its beak is a flower its eating off of a tomato plant.
