what is this bird's name?

Hi, I believe this is a Golden-cheeked warbler and I read they are rare.

The two larger looking ones in the back would be young birds and, based on the bright blue coloring of the one with it's back to the camera, it would be the father.

It's a cute pic because the two young birds are scolding Papa and also because the species is rare.
