What Is This Bird?

He/she is smaller than a robin but bigger than the finches, he has a bright yellow body and head but his wings are a glossy black as is his tail, there are yellow small stripes in the wings, He has a very small red cap on the top of his head. This spot is not quite as large as a dime.
