What is this bird?

This bird makes noises that sounds like a cardinals chip chip noise. Sorry for the bad pic. I live in north east Texas. Can anyone figure out what this bird is?

Myrtle Warbler?
by: Judy-Seattle

Hi Hayley! I tried looking your bird up in my bird book. I am fairly sure he is a Warbler, perhaps a Myrtle or Yellow-rumped Warbler.
