What is this bird?

Mt bird has a black upper body and wings, white under body, has small red spot on head, mother of three , under the roof edge , It has a mud nest lined with feathers. the nest looks like a nest of one of the martins. there is a nest in each corner but only one with birds. Its like a portico drive thru with column's and patients in and out all day.

Her body is long and slender and has a swallow tail, when flying it darts and turns and swoops. her wings are slender and have a slight angle in middle
I've looked at some of the swallows, I can find pictures of, but not like her.
I have never seen this bird or the nest here in central Alabama. Any ideas?
