What is this bird

The bird is about the size of a sparrow. Dark in collar with a white belly and light collar beak. The neck and head are also dark. There is white strip on the side of the tail.

What is this bird NEW

Could not be the cuckoo or the swift. Note this is in Minnesota. Also there is no white on the neck, only the breast and white strip on sides of tail. Possible white under tail. We're thinking it may be a Dark-eyed Junco.

Possibly a Yellow-billed Cuckoo or White-throated Swift.
