What is this bird?

Saw this bird in my tree in Iowa City, IA. I was wondering what kind of bird it was. Notice the yellow feet.

hawk i think

Noting the banding on the tail, yellow legs, apparent claws, and seemingly it is looking away from the camera; I am guessing Broad-wing Hawk. I could be completely wrong. It just appears more bird of prey in look to me than thrush.

It does look like a Brown thrush. If the heZad were clearer it would be easier to tell,but I would say it is a thrush.
