what is this bird. beak looks like parakeet

This bird visited our bird feeder. He is brown with blue markings. His beak is somewhat parakeet like. I took this photo through the window but it is not that clear.

Do you know what it is? This is the first time we have seen it at the feeder.

hello to all, many species are out of their normal territory this year due to the changing weather patterns. I have been reading and hearing more and more "rare" bird sightings this season, more than I ever have before.

Varied Bunting

In my bird books, he looks like a Varied Bunting. If it is, he is off course as he is a Mexican species, found in Arizona and Texas.
