can see streaks on shoulder neck area and change to white head but cant see face which was also white with a white beak & pale eyes

Large brown body with white spots, some the size of dimes. 3 Dark, almost black band like rings on tail feathers. Brown & white streaks starting from shoulders toward head but crown or top of head was white with white face, beak, chest & underbelly. Pale eyes & legs. Photos were done through a window towards the morning N.H. sun & I could not shoot photo toward the front. It looks like part of the hawk family to me but the white head & face were more like an eagle. This confused me. Thanking you in advance for help with identification.

My guess from what I can make out in the photo, is a juvenile Cooper's Hawk.
