What Arizona bird is this?

I'd like help identifying these birds at our feeder here in Phoenix. The females are brown, while the males have some red/orange coloring? Thanks!

House finches? NEW

Smaller than an English sparrow, and the red/orange coloring is on the head and at the throat? They are probably house finches. The female may have a striped-looking breast.
