We Have No Idea What This Bird Is

by kristen
(killingly, CT)

This bird was in a neighbor's yard Sunday night. We all thought it was beautiful, had not seen one around here (Northeastern CT) before. I rushed to get my camera and am so glad I was able to get a couple of decent pictures. But we cannot find it in any of our Bird Guides.

Does anyone know what it is? At first we thought albino pigeon and then maybe a type of dove?

This appears to be a white (egyptian) dove. They are very friendly and non invasive. They stick with thier own and are quite a nice bird.
