Want to identify very small grey bird making nest

by Margie
(Norfolk, VA)

The bird is only about 2-1/2 to 3 inches long and mainly a soft grey color. I don't see any barring or yellow, but it is a very good singer so I am thinking it is a type of warbler. There seem to be two of them and both look the same to me. They sit in the mimosa and sing. Any ideas?
