Uostate NY bird

This bird had dark blue colors with white breast. It is aggressive & chases our bluebirds around. It flies with more of a glide and "divebombs" people & other birds.

Blue jays (not blue birds) can be aggressive, especially near their nests or young. Unlike the blue bird, jays' feathers form a crest above their heads. I like them - but I have separate feeders for them, a distance from the other feeders, so they leave the smaller birds alone.
