Unknown yellow bird

by Matt Perzan
(Waco, Texas)

I am sorry about the terrible focus. Newbie. This was taken at the top of a medium sized tree along a marsh. The marsh is around Lake Waco, a good sized lake, in Waco, Texas. I did not hear any song or call and it was taken at 9:30 a.m. 7-24. I am leaning toward Audubon's Oriole but I am not sure.
