I have numerous humming bird feeders around my yard and out of nowhere this bright yellow bird with black wings with speckles on its wings starts suckeling the humming bird nectar..any idea what kind of bird it is??

Orioles like hummingbird nectar so my guess is it's a Bullock's Oriole.
