unknown nectar suckler

I have numerous humming bird feeders around my yard and out of nowhere this bright yellow bird with black wings with speckles on its wings starts suckeling the humming bird nectar..any idea what kind of bird it is??

Orioles like hummingbird nectar so my guess is it's a Bullock's Oriole.

yellow and black bird on hummingbird feeder

There is yellow and black bird feeding out of my hummingbird feeder. The first time I notice them was on father's day. I'm assuming it is an oriole. Most of the time both male and female come at the same time.I live in Stockton,Ca
