Unknown Bird in Utah

it has a yellow bill. Its larger than a duck but smaller than a goose. Its feathers are brown and it eats fish. Its throat vibrates too like a pelican.

This is a Double-Crested Cormorant. They are found around inland lakes and rivers.

    Tourquoise bird, cardinal size and similar wing pattern and has a beige beak. Except for the beak color, looks like a Indigo Bunting. Is this a juvie??
