Unknown UK bird

Unknown UK bird

Hi, This camera shy bird appears every day or so and I just cannot identify it.

It doesn't seem to eat anything just appears, looks around then goes away ... It is about the size of a blackbird.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

NUTCRACKER?
by: Susan

Do you have Clark's Nutcrackers in England? They are part of the Jay family and it certainly looks like it belongs to that family.
