Ugly large, strange shaped bird. What is it?

I was walking in my neighborhood her in Central Texas when I stumbled upon the weirdest looking bird eating some trash with some black birds. It was solid blue-grey in color and it had a gobbler. The poor things body was shaped so oddly that I didn't think it was real. It had a squarish body with a hunch back. It had a short neck and a tail tucked underneath it which looked like a broom. I haven't been able to identify it. It is not a turkey or a type of chicken. It was prone to running and not flying. I could barely get a pic as the ugly thing was running away from me. Sorry.

YES! THANK YOU! It was a Coral Blue Guinea Keets. It really strange to see in this area. I guess someone must be raising them in this area.
