Two hawks seen in the bronx botanical garden

This whitish bird was seen in mid-day

This whitish bird was seen in mid-day
Brownish bird seen at dusk

Noticed these two hawks perched in some trees lining the children's area and the parking lot respectively. Seen in late November. I know red-tails have tremendous variability, and common things being common, I figured these were red-tails. But would love some guidance as to what they really may be.
