I looked up the coot fulica atra as your previous commenter said, and clearly that is what kind of bird it is. Interestingly, when I searched for images, I saw that several pictures of this bird are specifically taken of its feet. You are not the first to notice how strange they are! Thanks for posting. I just found this site today...very fun.

The strangest Feet

I believe your bird is a Coot, possibly Fulica atra. There are several pictures on the internet and it looks exactly like your bird.
