Swallow hawk?

by Susan George

On the hillside by our home there is a medium sized bird that appears to be a hawk, yet screeches like a swallow. The screech is as loud as a peacock's cry. The birds live in a tree and fly and screech during the day and are quiet at night. Is there such a bird as a swallow hawk? Sorry there is not a picture...yet.

Not that I'm aware of it. Maybe our readers can identify this bird.
