Last week I was stunned to see three different woodpeckers in my backyard on the same day. They were attracted to the suet cake feeder. There was a Red-shafted Flicker, A Downy Woodpecker, and to my amazement a Pileated Woodpecker. It was the second time that I have seen a Pileated in my garden. They are so large and fascinating!
