I believe this is a Carolina Chickadee. It has the same markings and would make sense that it is in GA

Thank you for the input. These might be Carolina Chickadees on steroids! They are the size of a Cardinal.

Possibly a larger variation of the black cap chickadee?

In addition to black capped chickadees there are Mountain chickadees, Boreal chickadees and Carolina chickadees.
