small yellow bellied birds

I saw two small tree perching birds with yellow bellies, dark upper body, orange beaks, and the top of there heads feathers tuffed up at times. They danced back and forth toward each other on a limp and it seemed like they were courting each other as they touched beaks. It was interesting to watch, but i am at a loss to what type of birds they are.
