small turqoise bird

We are in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. I put birdseed on the railing of our deck so we get all kinds of birds feeding at once. This morning, there is a small, round turquoise colored bird with gray wing feathers and a yellow beak. I don't think it's an indigo bunting or a bluebird, it's more turquoise. Any idea what the little fella could be?

I saw a very small bird at our feeder today after a rain. It was definitely deep turquoise. It was smaller than an indigo bunting. It was not afraid. Just sat and ate seeds under the bird feeder

Hello, are you sure it wasn't an escaped pet parakeet? A parakeet can be turquoise with gray feathered wings and a yellow bill. They are also round looking unless they are immature.
