Small Sparrow like.?


Saw this bird in the garden this morning , he looked liked a sparrow , same size but lots of white on him , including a white tail ?
It was raining and could only get a picture through window with a zoom lens ?
Have you any idea.

Looking at your photo, I believe this bird exhibits a condition called "partial albinism". I have seen it once in an American Robin. Some of its feathers lack pigment and are white. Look up "partial albinism in birds" on the web for a better explaination.
