Small mysterious yellow bird (Might be american goldfinch?)

Small yellow bird, looks like American Goldfinch but with out the black part on the head and its wings are more tan. It had an orange beak with a black smudge, and it has orange legs. I've seen it a lot this is the first time I've seen it and I had my camera on me.

Hello to you and Happy Easter,

Your little bird is a female American Goldfinch. The females do not have the black hood and are more of an olive color. It is nearing breeding season so watch for her brilliant yellow mate.
