Small, green-backed bird flying in WA

It's small, flies very quickly, with a brown body; white belly; and green back. Clearly not a hummingbird. I'm not a birder...just saw this pretty bird today and was wondering what it was. Any ideas? Thanks!

My guess is that your bird is a Vilot-green Swallow. That is a good stop-action photo.
