Small gray bird with orange legs and beak in Missouri

by Nicole
(Missouri)

This tiny gray bird just showed up at my feeders a few days ago. Have never seen one like this on my deck. He's very small and has a bright orange beak and legs. His body is darker gray with a light gray belly and his little tail is black and white striped like a zebra. I thought zebra finch but they are not native to Missouri I don't think. If anyone has any thoughts, I would appreciate your input.
