Bird with topknot and red under tail

A pair of these birds have been staying around lately. Cannot identify them from the pictures online. There is a bridle similar to a bridled titmouse but the beak looks longer and the black around the neck differs. Looks like there is red under the tail also (Pic taken thru a window screen, sorry). Any ideas?

I believe this to be a red whiskered bulbul but
they are usually restricted to south Florida
I think u should notify your local Audubon society
and see if they can confirm and record it there
