Siberian corvid

I've seen a bird in Siberia that looks and behaves exactly like a Eurasian Jay, but with completely different colouring. It has white under tail coverts, a greyish brown head and its back is largely speckled grey-brown, not unlike a thrush. But it looks, behaves and even sounds exactly like a Jay. I've searched online for Siberian Jay but this brings up a completely different bird. Can anyone help? Thanks.
