Short lived wonder

I live in New Richmond Ohio, and for the first time ever I had a grosbeak show up at my feeder. It was full of flax seed. Shortly thereafter, he brought some friends and they soon found the suet feeder also. After about three days they disappeared completely! i was sad to see them go. I assumed they were just passing through.
