Has long tail with white streak, puffy belly, small nest made in small bush, male and female together raising and protecting young. two babies hatched. sings many songs. very common in central florida.

According to my bird book, this is a Loggerhead Shrike. It says it has become endangered in the Northeast and is uncommon elsewhere. But it shows that it is found in Florida. I don't know anything about its life cycle. Perhaps you can search that on the web.
