Screeching brown/ grey/ white bird aggressive towards birds

There are about 6 of these birds around our home in Northern MI. We are on the water. They sit perched and attack other birds only to leave them 1/2 eaten on the ground. They are very very loud and not small. Two actually came close to my mom and I and ran into our window. I will take a picture

Based on the coloration, size and behavior of this bird I am guessing it may be a Sparrow Hawk.

If you google Sparrow Hawk there are some excellent pictures that you can view to see if it matches the birds you are seeing.

    Tourquoise bird, cardinal size and similar wing pattern and has a beige beak. Except for the beak color, looks like a Indigo Bunting. Is this a juvie??
