safe keeping babies nest from prey

Is keeping a feeder 15' from nest harming or attracting prey? I heard it helped momma so she wouldn't have to travel far or exposse babies to prey. I have plenty of natural flowers nearby, however felt this would help her.
There are 2 babies in the nest that appear to be ready in about a week to take flight. Many crows are in our area. Nest is somewhat sheltered inlet on front porch.

Please advise asap...thanks.
