Same bird as posted few years ago under "Birds at Feeder: Blue Tail and Wings, Sharp Head"

Yet to be identified. Certainly not a blue bird.

I do believe I may have found your bird, but, then again.....I could be wrong. I hope I've curbed your curiosity and solved the puzzle.

Rusty Blackbird, probably a female

I like the suggestion and with it was so. The problem is most all comments over past 2 years show this bird sighting only east of Mississippi. Lazilu bunting range appears only in far west.

the closest thng i could find is the lazuli bunting female. they migrate to mexico in the winter sometimes hybridizes with the indigo bunting of the great plains. hopes this helps.
