Rufous Hummingbird in Oklahoma!

by Cynthia

Is it possible to have a rufous hummingbird in a central Oklahoma backyard? I have several feeders and usually 3 or 4 ruby-throated hummingbirds during the summer. But this morning I also had a rufous chasing all the other birds. Even mockingbirds. Do you know why the rufous would be this far out of his range?
