Rosebreasted grosbeaks and Baltimoire Orioles love split peanuts

I live in Michigan=I usually bring my peanut feeder with cracked peanuts in the fall, but this year to my amazement, the Grosbeaks and Orioles along with Cardinals and Woodpeckers are attacking the peanuts. I also have safflower and oiled sunflower seeds.
