Rose breasted grosbeak

I saw a beautiful male rose-breasted grosbeak on my feeder this weekend. I put only sunflower seeds in my feeders. This bird is so gorgeous! This is first time I have seen one in my yard. I am amazed. Hope they keep returning. I love all my birds. Also, have bluebird houses and they nest around three times each summer. Enjoy them so much.

P.S. I looked up the rose breasted grosbeak in my bird book. Sure enough that was him....
