Rose Breasted Grosbeak in Greens Fork, IN

by Monica Kinley-Wilson
(Greens Fork, IN, USA)

The first I saw these beautiful birds at my house was the last of April in 2011. Almost a year to the day they arrived again this year. They seem to like the black oil sunflower seeds. The ones that I saw last year only stayed a week or two and then were gone. I live on 5 acres of woods and have many many varieties of birds, but these are one of my favorites!
