Robin? Eastern Towhee? What type of bird is tihsi?

I cannot figure out what this bird is? At first I thought it was a robin but the white neck and other markings are confusing me. I am not even sure it these 2 pictures are of the same bird.

Size in between robin and small crow. Large white patch on back and yellow under the tail feathers. Possible pale pale red on head .We just saw it today
