Red Tailed Hawk?

Is this a Red Tailed Hawk? He came to my bird feeder yesterday and was terrorizing the smaller birds.

Fast Food Restauraunt for Sparrow Hawks

I've had the same thing happen around my bird feeder (it's like having a fast food restaurant for hawks) Here in Michigan it's a Hawk called a "sparrow hawk". It's a touch smaller than a red-tail.

And, very hungry....I've seen them swoop down and grab a dove from the platform feeder in the winter. This time of year is rare (at least in our area) to seen them at a yard feeder.

Don't see any red on it's tail. I think it is more apt to be a Broad-winged Hawk or Cooper's Hawk.
