if there isnt help in your area
by: holly

Here is an idea I have tried and found it to work pretty good on birds that have flown into the window. I pick them up ans gently put them in a brown paper bag. It must be paper. I roll the top down and set the bag in a guiet place for a couple hours. Usually by then if they were stunned I can hear them moving around in bag so I take them outside and release them. If they didn't make it. Well you know.

Your first choice would be a Bird Rehabilitation Center in your area. If there isn't one, you could try phoning veterinarians to see if they could help. He may have flown into a window and is simply stunned.
